Overview
B1 is a ready-to-use anti-mould disinfectant solution for interior and exterior wall surfaces.
It is an aqueous fungicidal treatment used to clean and sanitise substrates affected by mould before repainting, chosen for its wide spectrum of action and low toxicity.
On Maltese projects we use B1 as a pre-treatment step in condensation and mould remediation systems, before applying breathable paints and, where necessary, installing ventilation units.
