Persistent dampness was affecting walls overlooking a neighbouring garden. The walls had previously been finished with gypsum plaster, which was regularly flaking, cracking, and delaminating due to ongoing moisture exposure. Seeking a long-term solution, the homeowner selected the Rofix Renopor Humidity-Regulating Board System.

Following the careful removal of the damaged plaster, the masonry was thoroughly cleaned and treated to address salt contamination. The Renopor boards were then installed, creating a breathable and moisture-regulating wall system designed to manage dampness at its source rather than simply covering the symptoms.
